End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is an agreement between AZZO Tech (“Company”) and you (“you” or “your”). This Agreement governs your use of the Tukang mobile application (the “Application”).

By installing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Application.

License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for your personal and commercial purposes.

Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify or distribute the Application for any purpose;
Transfer, sublicense, lease, lend or rent the Application to any third party;
Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble or create derivative works of the Application;
Make the functionality of the Application available to multiple users through any means; and/or
Use the Application in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with this Agreement.

Ownership

The Application and all rights therein are and shall remain Company’s property. This Agreement does not convey to you any interest in or to the Application, but only a limited right of use revocable in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Company. Company may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.

This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from Company, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Application and all copies thereof from your mobile device.

Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your mobile device.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
